A Travellerspoint blog

New York.

So called the "best city in the world"

overcast 10 °C

I don't personally think that NY is the best city in the world but its quite an astonishing one.

If you're going to Manhattan make sure to stop by the 5th avenue, Times Square, Central Park, Empire State Building, MOMA and South Sea Port. Oh and make sure to have a pizza at John's near Times Square :)

If you're looking for both sunshine and some city life...

Hawaii it is!

sunny 26 °C

If you decide to stop by Honolulu make sure to visit:
-Pearl Harbor
-Hanauma Bay (as seen in the picture)
-Kailua Beach (the ultimate place to take a long walk on the beach)
-Sunset Beach
-Turtle Bay
-Downtown Honolulu
and you can go to all of these places easily with a car. If you ask me, you should definitely rent a car in Honolulu. Btw you should also visit the Polynesian Cultural Center for a full-day-cultural-tour but that's a bit expensive imo.

My favorite city in the world.

Rio De Janeiro

sunny 32 °C

Make sure to visit a bar on the beach and enjoy a caipirinha but beware the sea is extremely cold!

What is traveling?

Some say that it's just for fun, some say it's for learning different cultures.

The world is like a book and there are a lot of chapters waiting to be read. Those who do not travel read only one page. In my opinion traveling teaches you more stuff than research could teach. Now I know this sounded as kind of a boring blog that's why I'm gonna cut this short, let's get to the fun part!
